SESSION PRICES

Pricing Structure

Each session is 50 minutes in duration and conducted via zoom.

Clients can request to disable the camera function for these calls if they wish, however, it is always preferable to use video if possible.

Sessions occur either weekly or fornightly depending on client preference.

We have a number of different plans to best suit your specific needs.

BASIC SESSION PRICES

If these prices are out of your budget and you are self-funded contact me and we can talk about pricing options and come up with a plan that best suits your specific needs.

Individual Session – £75

Block of 4 Sessions – £300

Block of 8 Sessions – £600

Block of 16 Sessions – £1200

Block of 32 Sessions – £2400

We don’t have a set time frame or number of sessions a client might require. Instead, we work on an ongoing booking system whereby a client books session blocks for as long as they feel they need to. The goal when working with any client is to help them develop a tool kit of understanding and strategies to enable them to coach themselves independently.

Cancellation Policy

We recognise that clients sometimes need to cancel or amend sessions. Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment at no extra cost, provided that they notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

We understand the difficulties that may present with our clients feeling unable to attend sessions at short notice, we do offer compassion and understanding on those occasions. In this instance we will work with you to negotiate re-scheduling your session at a later date and work with you to try prevent a re-occurrence of this situation. However, the 24 hour cancellation notice may still apply.

ACCESS TO WORK PRICES

An Access to Work grant can pay for practical, life-changing support for those with a physical or mental impairment including neurological differences.

Our access to work rate is £95 per hour.

An Access to Work grant can pay for practical, life-changing support with the following:

  • Starting work
  • Staying in work
  • Moving into self-employment or starting a business (but not to cover start-up costs)

Access To Work is a UK government programme that grants up to £62,900 per annum to support people with a physical or mental health condition or disability to take up or stay at work. Access to work may be able to fund your coaching sessions for up to one year.

Who can apply?

If you have a physical or mental health condition or disability (including Autism or ADHD – whether diagnosed or not) you may be eligible for support through Access to Work.

If you are eligible for the Access to Work fund, you can apply regardless of, being in employment or not, part-time or full time and of total salary.
It does not matter how much you earn. If you get an Access to Work grant, it will not affect any other benefits you get and you will not have to pay it back.

You can apply for the Access to work scheme via www.gov.uk/access-to-work . Please be advised the wait time for assessment is currently around 20 weeks.

On completion of your assessment, you or your employer may need to pay some costs up front and claim them back later or Access to Work can agree to pay your coach directly.

Our approach to Access to work funded Coaching.

At Perspective Coaching we believe that access to work supported coaching should provide a holistic approach to your understanding of your neurodivergence. While many providers who work with Access to Work funding centre their coaching around work placed behavioural dysregulation (time management, procrastination, difficulties with deadlines and focus) and the practical application of strategies to increase productivity and results in the workplace, at Perspective we believe that to fully understand the difficulties that you experience as a neurodivergent individual, you need to understand how you process life at home, work and in the community as all of these areas impact each other.

The hourly rate for access to work coaching is reflective of the added administration costs associated with supporting clients in the workplace.
